About Us

Priti Thanasi has been a Principal Dentist at Delta Dental Care since 2011.

A friendly, cheerful person and a caring dentist, Priti likes keeping up to date with the latest developments in dentistry. She completed an Aesthetic Course in 2007 and an Advanced Restorative Course in 2008.

Passionate about what she does, she has a special interest in Endodontics. She is a member of the British Endodontic Society and she successfully achieved a Diploma in Endodontics in 2017 and Masters in Endodontics in 2019.

She is married with two children, and in her spare time, she enjoys cooking and keeping fit.

Lauren qualified from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 2006. Since then she has worked in a number of practices around the Midlands. Further studies have meant that Lauren has been awarded her MJDF qualification from The Royal College of Surgeons in London, and in 2010 passed a Diploma in Conscious Sedation with merit from Kings College in London.

Lauren shares her time between providing general dentistry in practice and working for the Community Dental Service in Nottingham, providing dental treatment for nervous children with the help of nitrous oxide sedation. It is with nervous patients that her strengths lie, spending time with each patient to try and make those dental appointments less daunting!

In her spare time, Lauren likes to spend time with her husband and two boys, Isaac and Jacob.

Bhavisha qualified at Birmingham University in July 2018 and has spent time working as a dental hygienist and dental therapist. She became interested in dentistry at a young age when she had braces. She used to be very anxious and was self conscious of her smile. Now her aim is to help her patients feel comfortable with their smile too!

Preventative measures are a key part of dental hygiene and Bhavisha helps to educate and motivate patients to improve their oral health. Bhavisha takes the time to get to know her patients. She has had experience treating children and anxious patients and believes all patients should feel at ease during their treatment.

In her spare time, Bhavisha enjoys spending time with her family and friends and travelling to new places.

Hanan completed her registration with the GDC as a Dental Hygienist in October 2022.

She strives to work alongside her patients in a collaborative effort to help them achieve a healthy and confident smile, as well as sustainable overall oral health too. In addition to regular hygiene treatments, she works with her patients to devise the best home dental care strategies that fit around their individual lifestyles.

Outside of work, she loves cooking, watching thriller movies, reading and can spend hours talking about cats!
